SUNPOINTS | Our Loyalty Program
Water Nomads like to reward loyal wingfoil, windsurf and surfing customers. Hence we created “SunPoints”. Find out how you can earn SunPoints on Surfari Trips, Watersports Rentals and Session Intel and what you can do with them.
- SunPoints points can be earned on Water Nomads Surfari Trips, Watersports Rental and Session Intel.
- For every $25.- you spend, you earn one (1) SunPoint. This can change at any time without notice.
- One (1) SunPoint is valued at NZ $1.-
- SunPoints can only be earned by booking directly with Water Nomads. Bookings made through third parties don’t qualify for SunPoints (i.e. Trademe, travel agencies,….)
- SunPoints are earned at the first day of the trip / rental, not the date of your booking.
- SunPoints points can be spent on Water Nomads Rentals and Surfari Trips.
- To spend your SunPoints: please let us know that you wish to spend them (check the box in the booking form or mention it in your booking request).
- SunPoints can only be spent on bookings made directly with Water Nomads. Bookings made through third parties don’t qualify for SunPoints (i.e. Trademe, travel agencies,….)
- SunPoints are spent at booking, not the date of your trip.
- SunPoints are non-transferable
- SunPoints are valid for 12 months from earning them.
- If a Surfari Trip or Rental you were booked on and wanted to spend your SunPoints on gets cancelled by Water Nomads, these points are valid until the next trip or six (6) months longer, whatever comes first.
- SunPoints cannot be spend on the same product as on which you earned them. This means, if you earn SunPoints for a Water Nomads Surfari Trip booking and then you want to hire gear or upgrade your room, you cannot use your accrued SunPoints for it.
- No cash pay-out for SunPoints, sorry.
