RETURNS POLICY

Water Nomads New Zealand sells a limited selection of used and ex-rental watersports equipment, including boards, foils, wings, sails, and accessories. All items are inspected, serviced, and accurately described prior to sale.

Returns

Returns are accepted for defective products only.

A product is considered defective if:

• It has a structural fault or functional defect
• The defect was present at the time of delivery
• The defect was not disclosed in the product description or photos

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Cosmetic wear consistent with rental use
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing or personal preference

Normal wear disclosed on the product page

Used Equipment Condition

All items are sold as used / ex-rental and may show cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, fading, or repairs consistent with normal rental use.
Product photos and descriptions form part of the condition disclosure.

How to Start a Return

Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact [email protected] promptly after delivery if you believe an item is defective. No returns will be accepted without prior contact.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items must be securely packaged for return

Refunds

If a defect is confirmed after inspection:

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days

If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be returned to the buyer at their cost.
