It’s international women’s day, and SailGP is about to hit our home shores of Lyttleton, Christchurch. So to celebrate let’s meet the key Kiwi strategist for New Zealand – Jo Aleh.

ŌTAUTAHI, CHRISTCHURCH, HERE WE COME!

The ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix is coming to Ōtautahi, Christchurch – a two-day spectacle of exhilarating races, intense rivalries and action-packed entertainment.

WHERE IS THE ITM NEW ZEALAND SAIL GRAND PRIX?

The ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix will be hosted in the vibrant city of Christchurch. Racing takes place in the spectacular Whakaraupō, Lyttelton Harbour, on the side of an ancient volcano under the guardianship of Te Hapū o Ngāti Wheke Rāpaki.

The ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix Race Village will be located at Naval Point, Whakaraupō Lyttelton Harbour.

WHEN WILL RACING TAKE PLACE?

Racing will take place approximately between 3.00 – 4.30PM each day, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 March 2023.
